Amendment of the Criminal Legal Aid (Fixed Payments) (Scotland) Regulations 1999

4.  In Schedule 1, Part 1, paragraph 9, after “the 1995 Act” there is inserted “or an appeal under section 201(4) of the 1995 Act”.
