Amendment of the principal Regulations
3. In regulation 8(1)(b) of the Criminal Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Regulations 1989(1) (outlays allowable to solicitors), after “exceed” there is inserted “such sums as are considered by the Board to be reasonable having regard to”.
