Article 9(1)

SCHEDULE 1 PROVISIONS OF THE 2000 ACT CONFERRING FUNCTIONS ON THE AUTHORITY EXERCISABLE ON AND AFTER THE ESTABLISHMENT DATE

1.  Section 8.

2.  Section 9, but only in relation to the provisions of paragraphs 3, 5, 6, 11, 12 and 15 of schedule 2.

3.  Sections 11 to 14.

4.  Section 15 (but no management agreement under that section shall be effective from a date prior to the operational date).

5.  Section 16 (for the purpose only of functions relating to consultation in respect of directions or guidance under that section).

6.  Sections 17 and 18.

7.  Sections 19 to 27.

8.  Section 29.

9.  Section 36, but not in relation to the provisions of paragraphs 2, 4, 6 to 12, 14, 16 and 17 of schedule 5.

SCHEDULE 2 FUNCTIONS OF THE AUTHORITY UNDER THE 2000 ACT EXERCISABLE ON AND AFTER THE OPERATIONAL DATE

All the functions of the Authority, including the functions conferred by virtue of articles 7 and 8 of this Order, other than those functions specified in Schedule 1 to this Order.
