Citation, commencement and extent
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st March 2002.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
Amendment of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 1992
2. In regulation 3(1) of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 1992(1) for “£14.50” there is substituted “£15.50”.
Revocation of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1998
3. The Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1998(2) are revoked.
