Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Police Grant (Scotland) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.
(2) In this Order–
“authority” means a police authority (not being a constituent authority) or a joint police board;
“financial year 2002-2003” means the period of 12 months commencing on 1st April 2002; and
“police grant” means the grant made under section 32(1) of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967.
