3.—(1) In each of the Orders specified in paragraph (2) below, there shall be inserted after paragraph (2)(f) of Schedule 2, as follows:–
“(g)no person shall move any carcase (other than the carcase of an animal slaughtered for human consumption or a suspect BSE or scrapie carcase destined for disposal) from premises other than a slaughterhouse or a knacker’s yard, except under the authority of a licence issued by the Scottish Ministers.”.
(2) The Orders referred to in paragraph (1) above are–
(a)the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Scotland) Declaratory Order 2001(1); and
(b)the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Scotland) Declaratory (No. 2) Order 2001(2).
