Amendment of regulation 17 of the principal Regulations
6. In regulation 17 of the principal Regulations (service of documents on contractors)(1) after “provide general ophthalmic services” there is added “, or, in the case of a mobile practice, the address notified to the Board or primary care NHS trust as the address to which correspondence may be sent”.
