Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Amendment (No. 2) (Scotland) Order 2001 and shall come into force at 8.00 p.m. on 1st March 2001.

(2) This Order shall apply to Scotland only.

Amendments to the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978

2.  The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978(1) shall be amended by adding the entries listed in the Schedule to this Order to Schedule 1 to that Order at the appropriate place in alphabetical order.
