Citation and commencement

1.  This Act of Adjournal—

(a) may be cited as the Act of Adjournal (Criminal Procedure Rules of Amendment No.2) (Terrorism Act 2000 and Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001) 2001;

(b) shall come into force on 22nd December 2001; and

(c) shall be inserted in the Books of Adjournal.
