Interpretation

2.  In these Regulations–

“the AVC Regulations” means the National Health Service Superannuation Scheme (Scotland) (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1998(1);

“the 1995 Regulations” means the National Health Service Superannuation Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 1995(2).
