This Order re-constitutes the Fraserburgh Harbour Commissioners in line with the recommendations of the Trust Ports Review, published by the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions in January 2000 and endorsed by the Scottish Ministers.

Whereas the Fraserburgh Harbour Commissioners have applied for a harbour revision order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 19641;

And whereas the making of this Order is not opposed;

Now, therefore, the Scottish Ministers2 in exercise of the powers conferred by the said section 14 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:—
