Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Inshore Fishing (Prohibition of Fishing for Cockles) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st January 2002.

2. In article 3(b) of the Inshore Fishing (Prohibition of Fishing for Cockles) (Scotland) Order 1995(1) the words “by any British fishing boat” are omitted.
