Amendment of the Colours in Food Regulations 1995

2.  In paragraph (1) of regulation 2 (interpretation) of the Colours in Food Regulations 1995(1) , in the definition of “Directive 95/45/EC”, there shall be inserted at the end the words “and Directive 2001/50 EC”(2).
