1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (Scotland) Partial Revocation (No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into force at 1700 hours on 7th November 2001.
2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (Scotland) Order 2001(1) is hereby revoked in so far as it designates any part of the area set out in the Schedule to this Order being an area within the area described in the Schedule to that Order.
