Recovery of Costs

2.  The Scottish Ministers may charge the occupier of any holding or premises at which supervision or inspection is carried out for the purposes of establishing the eligibility for dispatch of products under the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2001(1) for the costs reasonably incurred by them in that respect.
