Amendment
2. In article 4 (transitional and savings provisions) of the Standards in Scotland’s Schools etc. Act 2000 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2000(1) after paragraph (3) there shall be inserted–
“(4) Notwithstanding the coming into force on 1st November 2001 of sections 46 and 50 of the Act(2) for the purposes specified in relation to those sections in column 3 of Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order, sections 10 and 11 of and Schedule 2 to the 1965 Act(3) shall continue in force as originally enacted in respect of any investigation, consideration or proceedings instituted in terms of those provisions prior to 1st November 2001.”.
