Revocations and saving provision
13.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2) below, the Agricultural Processing and Marketing Grant Regulations 1995(1) (“the 1995 Regulations”) are hereby revoked.
(2) Notwithstanding the revocation of the 1995 Regulations by virtue of paragraph (1) above, regulations 4(3) and (4) and 5 to 8 of the 1995 Regulations shall continue to apply for the purposes of grant paid under those Regulations.
(3) Paragraph 157 of Schedule 2 to the Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) (No. 2) Order 1999(2) is omitted.
