Citation, commencement and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Highland and Islands Agricultural Processing and Marketing Grants Etc. (Scotland) Regulations 2001.

Regulation 14 of these Regulations shall come into force on 19th February 2001 and, other than regulation 14, these Regulations shall come into force on 19th March 2001.

These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
