Consequential Amendments
3.—(1) In regulation 1(2) of the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Scotland) (No. 2) Amendment Regulations 2001(1), the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Scotland) (No. 2) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2001(2) and the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Scotland) (No. 2) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 2001(3) for “midnight on 30th November 2001”, there is substituted “midnight on 31st December 2001”.
(2) Regulation 2(2) and (3)(a) of the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Scotland) (No. 2) Amendment (No. 3) Regulations 2001 is omitted.
