Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Diarrhetic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (Scotland) Order 2001 and shall come into force at 1700 hours on 22nd October 2001.
(2) In this Order–
(a)“scallops” means Queen scallops of the class of chlamys opercularis; and
(b)“relevant time” means 0001 hours on 22nd October 2001.
