1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Abolition of the Intervention Board for Agricultural Produce (Consequential Provisions) (Scotland) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on the day on which the Intervention Board for Agricultural Produce (Abolition) Regulations 2001(1) come into force.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
