This Order may be cited as the West Lothian Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 30th September 2001.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the West Lothian Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 19982.
