Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Ayrshire and Arran Primary Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 30th September 2001.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Ayrshire and Arran Primary Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998(1).
Amendment of the principal Order
2. For article 4 of the principal Order there is substituted–
“Directors and trustees of the trust
4. The trust shall have, in addition to the chairman, 2 trustees and 5 executive directors.”.
