Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2001 and shall come into force at 1700 hours on 29th August 2001.
Revocation
2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (Scotland) Order 2001(1) is hereby revoked.
