Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Scotland) (Declaratory Orders) General Revocation Order 2001 and shall come into force at 2.00 p.m. on 13th July 2001.

Revocations

2.  The Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Scotland) Declaratory (No. 6) Order 2001(1) and the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Scotland) Declaratory (No. 7) Order 2001(2) are revoked.
