Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations correct a reference in the Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2001 to “paragraph 9 of the Schedule” which should have read “paragraph 10 of Schedule 1”.

(1)

1985 c. 67; section 6 was amended by the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 2), section 46. The functions of the Secretary of State were transferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 53 of the Scotland Act 1998 (c. 46).
