The Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Central Borders) Designation Amendment Order 2001 No. 25

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Central Borders) Designation Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 8th March 2001.

(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Environmentally Sensitive Areas (Central Borders) Designation Order 1993(1).
