Revocations and saving
16.—(1) Subject to paragraph (3), the following Regulations are revoked:–
(a)the Suckler Cow Premium Regulations 1993(1);
(b)the Suckler Cow Premium (Amendment) Regulations 1994(2);
(c)the Suckler Cow Premium (Amendment) Regulations 1995(3);
(d)the Suckler Cow Premium (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1995(4);
(e)the Suckler Cow Premium (Amendment) Regulations 1996(5);
(f)the Suckler Cow Premium (Amendment) Regulations 1997(6).
(2) In the Schedule to the Integrated Administration and Control System (Amendment) Regulations 2000(7) the entry “The Suckler Cow Premium Regulations 1993”(8) shall be omitted.
(3) Paragraph (1) shall not affect the continued operation of regulations 3 to 11 of the Suckler Cow Premium Regulations 1993 in respect of premium paid under those Regulations.
