2.—(1) The Child Minding and Day Care (Registration and Inspection Fees) Regulations 1991(1) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2) In regulation 3 (registration)—
(a)in paragraph (1) for “£12.50” there is substituted “£14.00”; and
(b)in paragraph (2)—
(i)in sub-paragraph (a) for “£110.00” there is substituted “£121.00”; and
(ii)in sub-paragraph (b) for “£12.50” there is substituted “£14.00”.
(3) In regulation 4 (fee on annual inspection)—
(a)in paragraph (a) for “£10.00” there is substituted “£11.00”;
(b)in paragraph (b) for “£85.00” there is substituted “£94.00”; and
(c)in paragraph (c) for “£10.00” there is substituted “£11.00”.
