Amendment of the principal Regulations
4. In regulation 3 (application of Part II of the Act to assistance by way of representation: miscellaneous proceedings) of the principal Regulations, at the end of paragraph (k)(1), the full stop shall be omitted and there shall be inserted–
“;
(l)proceedings before an employment tribunal.”.
