Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Limit of Annual Value) (Scotland) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st June 2001.
Limit of Annual Value
2. The amount prescribed for the purposes of section 100(3)(a) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 is £24,725.
Revocation
3. The Town and Country Planning (Limit of Annual Value) (Scotland) Order 1995(1) is hereby revoked.
