The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(1) and (2), 15, 16 and 17(1) and (3) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 20001 and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 17(4) of that Act, been approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
