SCHEDULE 2LABELLING OF DECONTAMINATED EQUIPMENT

Each item of decontaminated equipment must be clearly marked with an indelible and embossed or engraved sign which must include the following information:–

DECONTAMINATED PCB EQUIPMENT

Fluid containing PCBs was replaced

– with ... ... ... ... (name of the substitute)

– on ... ... ... ... (date)

– by ... ... ... ... (undertaking).

Concentration of PCBs in

– old fluid ... ... ... ... % by weight

– new fluid ... ... ... ... % by weight..
