Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Amendment Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.
Amendment of principal Order
2. Paragraph (i) of the fifth entry in column 2 of the Schedule to the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Order 1995(1) (last date for lodging appeals and complaints) is hereby amended by substituting, for the words “15th December”, the words “30th September”.
Revocation
3. The Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Amendment Order 1995(2) is hereby revoked.
