The Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Appropriations) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2000

Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Appropriations) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2000 and shall come into force on the day following that on which it is made.

(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Appropriations) Order 1999(1).

(3) This Order extends to Scotland only.

Amendment of the principal Order

2.—(1) The principal Order is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2(1), for “£14,505,690,000” there is substituted “£14,614,879,000”.

(3) For the Schedule there is substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.

Revocation

3.  The Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Appropriations) Amendment Order 1999(2) is hereby revoked.
