SCHEDULE 4 REGULATIONS RELATING TO MEAT HYGIENE, ETC.: CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS

PART I Consequential modifications to the Meat Hygiene Appeals Tribunal (Procedure) Regulations 1992

1.  In regulation 1, after paragraph (2) there is added the following–

“(3) In these Regulations “the Agency” means the Food Standards Agency;”.
