Regulations relating to imports and exports: consequential provisions

7.—(1) The Imported Food (Scotland) Regulations 1985(1) are modified in accordance with Part I of Schedule 5.

(2) The Products of Animal Origin (Import and Export) Regulations 1996(2) are modified in accordance with the provisions of Part II of Schedule 5.
