Regulations relating to general food hygiene, temperature control and fish and shellfish hygiene: consequential provisions

5.—(1) The Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995(1) are modified in accordance with Part I of Schedule 3.

(2) The Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995(2) and modified in accordance with Part II of Schedule 3.

(3) The Food Safety (Fishery Products and Live Shellfish) (Hygiene) Regulations 1998(3) are modified in accordance with Part III Schedule 3.
