3.  For the purposes of Part II of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1975, Audit Scotland(1), is hereby designated as the body to be called “the designated body for Scotland”.

Audit Scotland is the body corporate established under section 10(1) of the Public Finance and Accountability (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp1).
