16.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2) below, the Highlands and Islands Agricultural Programme Regulations 1994(1) (“the 1994 Regulations”) and the Highlands and Islands Agricultural Programme Amendment Regulations 1999(2) are hereby revoked.
(2) Notwithstanding the revocation of the 1994 Regulations by virtue of paragraph (1) above, regulations 7 to 13 of the 1994 Regulations shall continue to apply in respect of financial assistance paid under the 1994 Regulations.
