PUBLIC HEALTH;CONTAMINATION OF FOOD

This Order is the first partial revocation of the Food Protection(Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (East Coast) (No. 2)(Scotland) Order 2000 (S.S.I. 2000/370) (“the principal Order”) whichprohibited–fishing for or taking scallops within the areas designated in theSchedule to that Order (article 4 of the principal Order);movement of such scallops out of these areas (article 5 of theprincipal Order); andlanding, using in the preparation or processing for supply of food of,supplying and other specified activities in relation to, such scallops fromthe designated areas (article 6 of the principal Order).
