Provision coming into force on 1st January 2001
2.—(1) The provision of the Environment Act 1995 mentioned in paragraph (2) below shall (insofar as not already in force) come into force on 1st January 2001.
(2) Section 120(1) of the Environment Act 1995 insofar as it relates to paragraph 29(26) of Schedule 22.
