Provisions
2. The date on which the local statutory provisions described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to have effect is hereby postponed from 31st December 2000 until 31st December 2001(1).

The date specified in section 59(6) of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 was previously postponed in relation to, amongst others, the local statutory provisions described in the Schedule to this Order by S.S.I. 1999/156.
