Amendment of the Education (Provision of Information as to Schools) (Scotland) Regulations 1993
2.—(1) The Education (Provision of Information as to Schools) (Scotland) Regulations 1993(1) shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.
(2) In regulations 2(2) and 3(2) for “paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7” there shall be substituted “paragraphs 5 or 7”.
(3) In the Schedule paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 shall be omitted.
