Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 2) (Scotland) Partial Revocation (No. 4) Order 2000 and shall come into force at 1400 hours on 16th November 2000.

Interpretation

2.  In this Order “the principal Order” means the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (West Coast) (No. 2) (Scotland) Order 2000(1).

Partial Revocation of the principal Order

3.  The principal Order is revoked insofar as it designates any part of Areas A, B and C described in the Schedule to this Order being areas within Area 1 described in the Schedule to the principal Order.
