1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2000 and shall come into force on 17th September 2000.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Scotland) Order 2000(1).
