Citation, commencement and extent
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Scrabster (Inner Harbour Development) HarbourRevision Order 1999 and shall come into force on 29th February 2000.
(2) The Scrabster Harbour Acts and Orders 1841 to 1998 and this Order may be cited together as the Scrabster Harbour Acts and Orders 1841 to 2000.
(3) This Order extends to Scotland only.
