9. Council Directive 92/65/EEC laying down animal health requirements governing trade in and imports into the Community of animals, semen, ova and embryos not subject to animal health requirements laid down in specific Community rules referred to in Council Directive 90/425/EEC (O.J. No. L 268, 14.9.92, p.54), as amended by, and as read with Commission Decision 95/176/EC (O.J. No. L 127, 24.5.95, p.23), the European international instruments and Joint Committee Decision 69/96 of 17th July 1998 amending Annex 1 (Veterinary and Phytosanitary Matters) to the Agreement on the European Economics Area (O.J. No. L 158, 24.6.99, p.1).
