Amendments to the Products of Animal Origin (Import and Export) Regulations 1996
7. Insofar as the Products of Animal Origin (Import and Export) Regulations 1996(1) extend to Scotland, Schedule 2 thereto shall be amended by the insertion of the following reference at the end of each of paragraphs 5, 6, 7 and 11—
“the Meat (Enhanced Enforcement Powers) (Scotland) Regulations 2000”.
