Amendment of the principal Regulations
3. In regulation 2 (interpretation) of the principal Regulations–
(a)in paragraph (1) in the definition of “disabled person’s badge” after “means” there shall be inserted, “, subject to paragraph (1A),”; and
(b)after paragraph (1) there shall be inserted–
“(1A) For the purposes of regulations 12 to 16, the definition of “disabled person’s badge” in paragraph (1) shall include a badge issued under Regulations having effect in England or Wales under section 21 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970.”
